4D & Fall

We did the 4D ultrasound a couple of weeks ago, and we were able to get a few good glimpses of the little guy. For the first 20 minutes, he had his arm in front of his face, but he eventually decided to give us a break and show us his face. It was so cute! He was opening his mouth and eyes and moving his little fingers! (Check out the videos below.)It was very exciting! The ultrasound tech said she didn't see any hair on his head, which is no surprise- My guess is that we will have a bald baby! He is moving all over the place these days. He probably weighs around 4 pounds now, so he is getting big. I am starting to get uncomfortable- swollen feet and hands, up at all hours of the night, lower back discomfort, etc. I don't know how I can get any bigger, but I grow bigger every week! Seth put together the furniture for the nursery and painted an accent wall. It was a nice surprise to come home from a week of traveling and have the entire room put together. Thanks Seth!

Seth and I are totally moved into our house now, and we are trying to get everything unpacked and arranged. We have both been traveling a lot this month, so it has been a bit chaotic. Fortunately, the next couple of weeks are not as busy, so we should be able to get a lot done. We attended an infant care class at the hospital. We learned a couple of tips and tricks, and Seth bathed and diapered a baby (doll). He was a natural!

Other than all of that, we have been spending our spare time cheering on the Pokes!
